"Martin
[Schulz] will also tell us tomorrow that he is particularly
interested on Greece, for the course of co-operation, because he
knows that Greece is the real laboratory of the European crisis and
the European future. Here, nearly everything is determined for the
future and the reliability of Europe."
These
are the words of Evangelos Venizelos, leader of the Greek Socialist
party PASOK which participates in the government coalition, during
his speech in the conference for the new political formation "Elia"
in Greece, yesterday.
As
the forces of the Left, as well as eurosceptics, appear that they
have significantly strengthened in Greece and Europe, the systemic
establishment promotes various political formations, like "Elia",
"Potami" and the already failed "Movement of the 58",
in an effort to cover the gap of the collapsing PASOK in the
center-Left political field. However, these political formations that
promoted as "new", are guided by "old" people,
known for their sacred bonds with the systemic establishment.
Therefore,
the phrase of Venizelos "... Greece is the real laboratory
of the European crisis and the European future.",
actually means "... Greece is the new
laboratory of neoliberal dictatorship and the way through which will
be expanded throughout Europe in future." This is what
actually considered as "new".
Through
the confirmation of Martin Schulz, as Venizelos admitted, European
former Socialists are now joining officially the neoliberal camp.
